Richard Adrouny, M.D., F.A.C.P.
Medical Director

Dr. Adrouny is a graduate of Duke University and Tulane University School of Medicine. He trained at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center where he completed an internship and residency in internal medicine, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center where he completed a fellowship in medical oncology and Kaiser Sunset Medical Center in Los Angeles where he completed a fellowship in hematology. He has practiced medicine in the South Bay in San Jose, Mountain View, Morgan Hill, Gilroy and Los Gatos since 1985. He is American board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. He has served as medical director of the cancer center at Los Gatos Community Hospital and has been on the boards of the American Cancer Society and Hospice of the Valley. He is founder of Community Cancer Foundation and is the author of numerous professional publications in the fields of medicine, hematology and oncology and also the author of the bookUnderstanding Colon Cancer. He is the publisher of the Healthcare Journal of Northern California and Bay Area Oncology News. 

Laura S., RPA-C
Physician Assistant

A native of San Ramon, Laura joined the staff of After Hours Healthcare in the Fall of 2011 after completing her M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from Mercy College in Bronx, NY. Laura completed her B.S. in Biology from the University of California Irvine where she obtained Dean’s List honors throughout her tenure. Laura is a California licensed medical professional, who is trained and authorized to diagnose and treat medical conditions and to prescribe medication. Laura enjoys playing soccer and visiting her friends in San Francisco.

Nancie D.
Office Manager and Medical Assistant

Originally from California, Nancie came to After Hours Healthcare after nearly 10 years in Wisconsin as a medical assistant with the University of Wisconsin-Madison Hospital system. Nancie’s easy-going personality typifies the fun, but professional, environment that each patient experiences at After Hours Healthcare. Nancie handles all of the day-to-day happenings with After Hours Healthcare. She loves Elvis, the Beatles, and watching her son compete in soccer.

Greg A.
Business Director

Greg is a 2009 graduate of Duke University where he earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Pre-Business and a 2010 graduate of The Duke University Fuqua School of Business where he earned a Masters in Management Studies. A Los Gatos native, Greg handles all business, marketing and public relations affairs.

Medical Assistant

Noi has been an urgent care medical assistant for four years where she was previously working for Doctor’s Express. Noi is very passionate about helping people and does everything she can to ensure that our patients have a pleasant and comfortable experience during their visit. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two grown children, cooking Thai food, singing and dancing.

Medical Assistant

Kim has been working in the medical field for over 11 years, starting off for six years in Pediatrics and Allergy and Asthma. She has since moved on to become a Licensed Vocational Nurse and Certified Asthma Educator in Pediatrics and Urgent Care. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, road tripping with good music and spending time with family and friends.

Medical Assistant

Arleen has been in the medical field for over 6 years as a Medical Assistant &  Receptionist. She has worked in Pediatrics and OB/GYN. She is continuing her education to become a Registered Nurse. In her spare time she enjoys playing chess, eating Japanese food, drawing, and being wonderful soccer mom.

Felicia has been a Medical Assistant for three years.  She gained interest in the medical field while volunteering through a high school program at a local clinic in Hawaii.   She wants to eventually pursue her education as an RN.  In her free time she loves being with friends and family as well as dancing hula, shopping and being outdoors.

Veronica was born and raised in San Jose, California. She has been in the health care field for over nine years working in various urgent care clinics through out the Bay Area.  She currently attends school and is working towards her Nursing Degree. In her spare time she enjoys shopping and spending time with her daughter.

Front Desk Receptionist

Usually the first member of the team to take care of patients (whether it be over the phone or when they arrive), Noemi occupies the front desk and ensures that the patient experience starts right. One of the most cheerful members of our team (ask her how her day is and try not to feel better afterwards!), Noemi brings unbridled positivity and enthusiasm to After Hours Healthcare.

Maria C. is graduate from the University of California Santa Cruz with a BA in Psychology, with a concentration on personal, social and biological health. Maria enjoys being the front line in health care and giving people the attention they deserve. When she is not working, Maria enjoys traveling to both near and far destinations. She believes that traveling is not merely a checklist of places to see but a golden opportunity to be a part of another culture. She also enjoys trying new foods and adventurous activities. Maria lives life to the fullest and looks forward to each and every day.
